ALLENTOWN PA, March 1, 2005 -- As of February 28^th 2005, ASGCO Manufacturing Inc.  has purchased all assets of Bassco Inc. located in Greenbay, Wisconsin.  Terms were not disclosed.

   ASGCO MANUFACTURING, INC., headquartered in Allentown, PA is a leading manufacturer and service provider of proprietary bulk conveyor components that enhance material flow performance.   ASGCO is focused on providing the conveyor world material handling industry with “Complete Conveyor Solutions”.
