401K: ASGCO offers a 401K plan that we will match 25% to the first 6% of employee contributions, after one year of service.

Profit Sharing: On completion of one year of service, ASGCO provides a non-deferred profit sharing plan that all employees benefit from with the amount being determined by the profitability of the company.
