Slide-N-Seal Conveyor Slider Bed

Slide-N-Seal load zone support impact beds provide effective conveyor belt support utilizing bars with most usable depth available, while helping to eliminate spillage in the load zone. Every bed is designed around solving the problem of any given mining application.

• Load Zone Supported - by heavy-duty steel frames and our standard 3” (75mm) high, by 4” (100mm) wide UHMW rails.
• Skirting Sealed - by the low friction UHMW bars that provide a flat surface for the skirting material to seal effectively.
• Modular Designed - custom-built beds can be made into 2' (600mm), 4' (1200mm) or 5' (1500 mm) long and to match any troughing angle.
