ASGCO U-ltimate Conveyor Belt Cleaner Replacement Blade

ASGCO is proud to announce our newest U-ltimate replacement blade to fit your OEM piece of equipment. These blades are 100% interchangeable with existing Flexco® Belle Banne® style replacement belt cleaner blades.

ASGCO's “U-ltimate” Blades are produced using high grade Tungsten Carbide tiles brazed to a thin metal strip which is then encased in ASGCO-thane to form a modular cartridge cleaner that is interchangeable with existing Flexco® Belle Banne® U-style belt cleaners.

Tungsten Carbide tiles are thicker than OEM equipment providing longer tip life and less aggressive to conveyor belt top covers.

Greater impact protection provided by thicker tungsten tile.

ASGCO-thane Cartridge body provides better bond strength to metal components providing higher protection and support.

ASGCO's “U-ltimate” blade offers significant advantages over the less quality product by the OEM.
