BASSCO Conveyor Belt Guide Idlers

Guide Idlers are used to protect the belt edges and flanges from damage if the belt tracks off. Available in single, double, triple, etc.

• Protect Belt Edges and Flanges - by placing the Guide Idlers prior to changes in the direction of the conveyor belt as it travels over the pulleys and / or deflection wheels.

• Designed and Built in Standard Sizes - that are 2½” (62.5mm), 5” (125mm), and 6” (150mm) diameter rollers with tapered roller bearings and 4” (100mm) face lengths
