Allentown, PA – June 9, 2011: ASGCO makes available four, new Conveyor Safety Products. Designed to prevent injuries from pinch points and contact with hazardous moving machine parts, these new products are essential to put a stop to injuries and establish a safer workplace environment.

 The V-Return Conveyor Idler Guard – Similar to the MSHA accepted Return Idler Guard, the V-Return Guard is engineered to stop return roller applications from falling, as well as brining an end to injuries caused by pinch points on the conveyor system.

 Modular Conveyor Flat Guards – The powder coated, all steel construction of the new modular guards makes them a solid solution to your conveyor guarding needs. They are fully adjustable, typically mounted to conveyor steel to guard against moving equipment. 

 Conveyor Return Roll Changer - The patented ASGCO Return Roll Changer allows you to remove and replace a roller from a single side of a conveyor, reducing maintenance time for roller replacement and eliminating the need for high lift equipment. 

 Conveyor Belt Clamps – The Belt Clamp’s center clamps add additional bracing force on the center of the belt, allowing for a more equal pulling force across the width of the belt. Designed to properly secure the belt and clamp it for safer conveyor maintenance.
