ASGCO engineers, manufactures, distributes a wide array of conveyor and screening components, all specifically designed for the above ground and underground mining, aggregate, cement, recycling, bulk shipping terminals, pulp and paper, recycling, food processing and other bulk material handling industries.  We focus on providing exceptional products and service to our customers with the best solutions to their conveyor and screening material handling applications.

Ensure service crew is ready and available for specific job sites, by maintaining the equipment, supplies.

Responsibilities:

• Perform, install, repair and maintain all machinery and equipment.
• Develops and implements procedures to order supplies and equipment.
• Monitors and tracks all maintenance inventory.
• Maintains inventory security of miscellaneous repair parts and tools.
• Maintains all tools and equipment necessary in able to provide good maintenance.
• Pneumatics, and Hydraulics installations, repairs and troubleshooting equipment.
• Fleet vehicles, maintain records and ensure all documentation is current, as well as ensure all vehicles are serviced according to manufactures recommendations.
• Facilities – Ensure all records are maintained.
• Maintain work orders database, order supplies and equipment. Also find cost savings and implement.
• Complete knowledge of Vul-Con control box set up and programming of such.
• Performs required maintenance on all one piece and sectional presses at ASGCO.
• Support Marketing with respect to creating Vul-Con instruction manual.
• Work with MFG. Products to support as far as parts, tools and equipment maintenance when needed.

Qualifications:

• Must have working knowledge in Schematics reading.
• Have electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic experience.
• Be able and certified to drive a fork lift.
• Strong attention to detail and good interpersonal skills.
• Required to maintain a valid driver’s license and DOT card.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced dynamic environment.
• Have the ability to lift 50lbs to 100lbs, bending, kneeling, reaching and standing for long periods of time.

Working Conditions:

• Frequently exposed to regulated noise, cold/hot working conditions.
• Required to work overtime when needed. On call 24/7
