At ASGCO we provide customers with products that require various finishing processes to meet various applications.   The Finishing Associate will be responsible for ensuring all products meet those required finishes and standards.

The candidate must possess a great positive attitude and excels at working in Sandblasting/Fabrication that helps drive the business.  ASGCO offers a competitive wage, OT and an excellent benefits package which includes options for healthcare coverage, 401(k) plan, profit sharing, vacation and paid holidays.


  • Must be versed in the following areas, Sand Blasting, Powder Coating, Metalizing Spray coating, Painting using Polyurethane, Epoxy and Primers.
  • Must be able to work in a fabrication shop using sandblast equipment, touch up by grinding irregularities on parts.
  • Must be able to follow Written and verbal instruction
  • Must wear appropriate safety and protective equipment
  • Monitor supplies and let management know when we are running low
  • Make repairs and replace equipment components
  • Have a working knowledge of hand power tools such as drills, saws, grinders, sanders etc.
  • Must have 2 yrs. experience painting / sandblasting in a fabrication environment.
  • Must be able to read a tape measure, interpret drawings and work orders.


  • Strong attention to detail and good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask in fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Have the ability to lift 50lbs to 100lbs, bending, kneeling, reaching and standing for long periods of time, significant fine finer dexterity.

Working conditions:

  • Frequently exposed to regulated noise, Hot & Cold working conditions also exposed to various odors withing acceptable limits.
  • May be required to work overtime on as needed bases.
