ASGCO has a great opportunity available for a talented and dynamic Sales / Marketing Manager with outstanding interpersonal skills and a proven track record of success to join our growing team.

As Sales / Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing the customer service Team as well as all marketing activities to support sales for the entire organization.


  • Coordinate with the marketing team on all projects in reference to company brochures, literature, advertising and web updates
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and delegate effectively
  • Strong supervisory skills to coach and develop direct reports
  • Managing and reporting on key performance indicators, activities and results of sales and marketing efforts
  • Write new product press releases and submit to all publications and assist with magazine articles
  • Organize trade shows, coordinating with trade show team to ensure prompt delivery of exhibit materials, sample products and show graphics and sponsorships
  • Work with magazine representatives on yearly advertising schedule and budget
  • Support the sales team with up-to-date marketing and promotional materials
  • Write press releases and work with Territory Managers to create monthly newsletters utilizing case studies
  • Working knowledge of ACT and the AMA e-blast component for sending e-blasts through our databases
  • Design, create and organize online and print materials and campaigns
  • Hold monthly or bi-monthly marketing meetings to review all in-house projects
  • Assist all departments and divisions with marketing support materials and product labels
  • Oversee online e-commerce site and Price catalogs
  • Manage all online avenues of production, including website, social media pages, email campaigns, and responses
  • Monitor, track, and document campaign results; analyze data/returns/customer response


  • 3-5 years of previous experience as a marketing manager, product manager, strategist, sales manager or related marketing experience
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to deal with customers at all levels
  • Strong attention to detail and good interpersonal skills as well as people skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of graphics, printing programs as well as Print Media operations
  • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite(Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw, Adobe Acrobat and InDesign.
  • Ability to multi task in fast-paced dynamic environment
