FINGER-FLEX SPLICE®
2 Year Performance Warranty on all ASGCO® Finger-Flex Splices®.
ASGCO®’s service teams are trained and known as some of the best conveyor belt splice technicians in the industry.
Consistently on the cutting edge of splicing technology, ASGCO® has taken its finger splicing technique one step further by developing a procedure that makes finger splicing straight-warp belts less time consuming, less expensive and easier to perform.
- Higher-strength rating – than lacing, no gap at the splice and no mechanical fasteners needed.
- Eliminates catch points –by providing truly uninterrupted belt surfaces and edges.
- Reduces carry back – Continuous covers prevent fugitive material build-up and allow more aggressive cleaner utilization.
- Quality splice method – creates a stronger, flexible endless belt for the most demanding applications.
- Supports up to 100% of the conveyor belt’s nominal tension.
- A proper splice can make all the difference for the durability and the life span of the conveyor belt.
SEAM-LESS SPLICE™
True endless belt splicing, eliminating the need for filler stripes.
ASGCO® is a certified belt splicing company that is invested in the latest technology of vulcanizing presses and equipment to continually improve our conveyor belt splicing techniques. Compared to the industry standard splice methods of inserting “filler strips” of uncured rubber into the splice, ASGCO® Seam-less Splice™ eliminates this need, providing a splice that is superior in performance and durability.
A proper splice can make all the difference for the durability and the life span of the conveyor belt.
- Utilizes the covers supplied – with a belt for consistent DIN abrasion
- Seamless splice – allows for more aggressive cleaning solutions to be implemented
- Bias Cut .4 X Belt Width – Influences the durability of a splice
- Increased splice strength
- Extended belt life
SPLICE ID PROGRAM
ASGCO announces a new Splice ID program. The Splice ID program allows ASGCO to identify their splice when the splice was performed, and the crew that performed the work. Not only do we warranty every hot vulcanized splice, but we are proud of the workmanship that goes into creating industry-leading splices, so now we are putting our name on them!
