ASGCO Manufacturing, Inc., a world leading conveyor belt / material handling products company and turn-key service provider of bulk material handling equipment, including; conveyor systems, conveyor components, screens and wear parts to the aggregate, cement, recycling and other bulk materials handling industries has an exceptional sales opportunity for an experienced person to cover the Southern and Western Maryland Territory.  More importantly, you will become a member of the sales team for ASGCO who pride themselves in providing high quality, cost effective solutions for their customers.

Qualifications

  • Increase sales and market share for all of ASGCO Manufactured Products Division sales through our existing and new distribution channels as well as OEM’s in the territory.
  • Manage, build and train our distribution networks, by making joint sales calls and provide help on installation with your distributor salesmen and distributor install teams.
  • Call on target end-users to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction, service and sales are being achieved.
  • Perform sales meeting and presentations for current and new distributors and OEMS’s.
  • Perform conveyor inspections / surveys / audits and maintenance training at end-user customer plant locations.
  • Assist with customer installations of our products to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Concentrate and increase market share, and sales for national accounts for hard rock mining, copper and gold mining, aggregates and cement, soda ash (trona) mines, coal and coal fired power plants, mineral mining, food processing facilities and other major bulk material handling operations.
  • Look to improve our current products and look for new products for us to promote and improve upon.
  • Assist with marketing (trade shows, literature, website, and advertisements) and manufacturing departments.
  • Assist with calling current and new OEM’s and AE firms.
  • Maintain an excellent safety record.
  • Turn in weekly schedules, call reports and expense reports on a timely basis.
