ASGCO has a Field Service Planner/ Inside Sales opening for a candidate that will be responsible for estimating job costs and assisting the service manager with coordinating labor and equipment. This applicant must be able to maintain high quality work and a high level of attention to detail while ensuring service employees’ productivity and safe operation of the department. The right candidate must be able to properly time manage clients’ requests and take ownership of the administrative duties of the service department. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Quote and schedule field service jobs and projects with end-user customers
- Coordinate field service crews and materials for customer jobs and projects
- Excellent planning and coordination skills are a must
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a relative industry required
- 2+ years of scheduling experience required
- 2+ years of management experience in a relative industry preferred
- Must be mechanically inclined
- Must have a positive mindset and a willingness to learn
- Conveyor/ industrial equipment experience preferred
