ASGCO has a great opportunity available for a talented and dynamic Social Media Coordinator with outstanding interpersonal skills and a proven track record of success who has experience with social media management and graphic design as well as video.

ASGCO engineers, manufactures and sells a wide array of conveyor and screening components, all specifically designed and engineered for the mining, aggregate, cement, recycling, bulk shipping terminals, food processing and other bulk material handling industries. We focus on providing exceptional products and service to our customers with the best solutions to their conveyor and screening material handling applications.


  • Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms.
  • Draft and schedule engaging content to promote ASGCO’s social media accounts.
  • Collaborate with others marketing team members on asset development.
  • Work with the Marketing team to project manage the creation of engaging digital content including video edits, animated gifs and graphics.
  • Assist with graphic design projects.
  • Understand our target audience and develop strategies to increase brand awareness.
  • Implement online marketing initiatives to strengthen ASGCO’s online presence.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to optimize promoted posts and campaigns.
  • Ability to write new product press releases and technical articles.
  • Support the sales team with up-to-date marketing and promotional materials.
  • Write press releases and work with Territory Managers to create monthly newsletters utilizing case studies.
  • Design, create and organize online and print materials and campaigns.
  • Assist all departments and divisions with marketing support materials.


  • 3-5 years of previous experience with, social media accounts management, e-marketing and other relevant marketing experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and good interpersonal skills as sell as people skills.
  • Knowledge of WordPress, graphics, printing programs, video editing, as well as Print Media operations.
  • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel), Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw, Adobe Acrobat and InDesign.
  • Ability to multi task in fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM (a plus).
