ASGCO® has expanded the use of their Cast Urethane products to include screen wear parts. We will have our Screen Side Wear Liners and Feed Box Liners on display in our booth. Polyurethanes maintain their properties with superior performance characteristics regardless of hardness for a longer wear life. We can show you how these urethane wear parts are engineered to prevent premature conveyor belt edge wear or damage for high load, high stress environments.
ASGCO® will also be featuring our new VUL-CON™ Vulcanizing Press. VUL-CON™ conveyor belt splicing presses are easy to set-up and operate and provide the uniform temperature and pressure required to vulcanize a wide array of conveyor belts.
On display at the booth will be the Tru-Trainer® Flat and Tapered Conveyor Belt Idler systems Let our experts demonstrate how these conveyor belt tracking idlers don’t rely on the belt edge contact in order to guide them and react immediately if the belt begins to drift off-center.
