The resilient rubber matrix that surrounds the ceramic rods is hot vulcanized for superior adhesion.

ASGCO® X-Wear™ Mine Duty Ceramic Conveyor Wear Liners are designed to seamlessly integrate with existing applications, with the option to install studs on the backing plate, secure them through counter bored holes molded into the liner, or attach them via welding.
